Nell C. Oxendine, President
Nell C. Oxendine is co-founder and co-owner of RNB Technologies, Inc. She serves as President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer. She has extensive experience in defense contracting and is in charge of all aspects of the company to include finance and accounting, banking, invoicing, all government and independent audits, annual and monthly budgeting, management of indirect rates, all interactions with and submissions to DCAA and DCMA, and coordinates and approves all company expenditures. Ms. Oxendine directs all operations to include contracts, security, human resources, personnel, technical recruiting and information technology.
Ron Oxendine, Chief Executive Officer
Ron Oxendine is co-founder and co-owner of RNB Technologies, Inc. He serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is a retired Marine with thirty-three years experience in operations, engineering and project management experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. He is a recognized Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Expert Analyst; has in-depth knowledge of all national missile defense capabilities, has domain knowledge of joint military operations, communications systems and air/missile defense messages. He is a seasoned Space Operations program manager and has detailed knowledge of Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP). Mr. Oxendine is responsible for business development, bids and proposals, and has worked directly on many contracts.
