O.J. "Skip" Fink, Jr., President
As the Corporate President, Mr. Fink is responsible to the CEO for the myriad of Corporate daily operations associated with Staff functions supporting the five RNB Operational sites. Joining RNB in March of 2003, Mr Fink has amassed over 40 years of leadership and management experience including a 25 year Marine Corps officer career; service to the Governor of South Carolina as the Manager, Military Affairs, and held a senior management position as the Director of Government Business for a Division of US Filter Corporation. Mr Fink holds a BA from the University of Florida, an MBA from Auburn University, and is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Marine Corps War College, a graduate level academic curriculum..
Jason Long , Vice President Business Development
Mr. Long joined RNB in 2001 and is currently responsible for RNB’s Business Development program and related activities including recruiting and marketing. For the last three years, Mr. Long’s emphasis has been writing and bidding on proposals, many of which total over $100M in value. Holding both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), Mr. Long has provided systems engineering, test, and analysis support for sensor and command and controls systems for over 12 years. During his tenure with RNB, Mr. Long has held the roles of Information Systems Security Manager, IT Manager, Program Manager, and Technical Director.
Jo Ann B. Williams, VP of Accounting & Contracts
Mrs. Williams joined RNB Technologies in 2010 and is responsible to the President of RNB Technologies, LLC for the oversight and management of RNB’s accounting functions and contracts administration. Mrs. Williams oversees RNB’s financial management to include financial planning, forecasting and budgeting. Mrs. Williams attended Strayer University and has over 25 years of experience in the government contract industry. Earlier in her career Mrs. Williams was the owner of Wilben Associates, a successful accounting consulting and staffing firm for over 10 years.
