Ron Oxendine, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ron Oxendine founded RNB in July 2000. As the President/CEO, he directs RNB's corporate strategies for growth, external interface to Government agencies and all other customers and vendors. He is a retired Marine with thirty-six years experience in operations, engineering and project management in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. He is a recognized Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Expert Analyst; has in-depth knowledge of all national missile defense capabilities, has domain knowledge of joint military operations, communications systems and air/missile defense messaging. He is a seasoned Space Operations program manager and has detailed knowledge of Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP). Mr. Oxendine has provided direct technical and engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency since 1995.
O.J. "Skip" Fink, Jr., Executive Vice President
As the Corporate Executive Vice President, Mr. Fink is responsible to the President/CEO for the myriad of Corporate activities associated with Staff functions supporting the five RNB Operational sites. Joining RNB in March of 2003, Mr Fink has amassed over 40 years of leadership and management experience including a 25 year Marine Corps officer career; service to the Governor of South Carolina as the Manager, Military Affairs, and held a senior management position as the Director of Government Business for a Division of US Filter Corporation. Mr Fink holds a BA from the University of Florida, an MBA from Auburn University, and is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Marine Corps War College, a graduate level academic curriculum.
Michelle Garrison, Vice President Contracts
Ms. Garrison has been a Contracting professional for over 32 years, and is responsible to the President/CEO for all Contract Department activities to include internal staff coordination with the Accounting Department, and external relationships with customer Contracting Departments. Ms. Garrison joined RNB in August 2005 after over 27 years in increasingly responsible contracting positions in private industry serving the Federal Government. Ms. Garrison holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. Trained in Federal Procurement and Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures, she possesses certifications from numerous Federal training and education venues.
Jason Long , Vice President Business Development
Mr. Long joined RNB in 2001 and is currently responsible for RNB’s Business Development program and related activities including recruiting and marketing. For the last three years, Mr. Long’s emphasis has been writing and bidding on proposals, many of which total over $100M in value. Holding both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), Mr. Long has provided systems engineering, test, and analysis support for sensor and command and controls systems for over 12 years. During his tenure with RNB, Mr. Long has held the roles of Information Systems Security Manager, IT Manager, Program Manager, and Technical Director.
