The RNB Technologies, Inc subcontract with SAIC, the Prime Team Leader, for the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS). RNB Technologies, Inc provides system integration engineering, system testing and software development expertise to support the Software Engineering Directorate of the U. S. Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM).
This contract provides engineering services in support of GWOT activity in the areas of signals intelligence, electronic warfare, electronic attack, and information operations. AMTI IES (Integrated Engineering Solutions) provides engineering, design, integration, testing, training, and technical support services in the above areas. RNB Technologies, Inc. support activities includes design, analysis, manufacturing support, and testing of components and systems of varying complexity into HMMWV and JERRV platforms. Mechanical and Systems engineering support includes vehicle integration of communications equipment and antenna/transmitter configurations, thermal and structural loading analysis, development of 3D models and engineering fabrication drawings, and development of processes and procedures for manufacturing.
With our partner, ARINC, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides CMMI compliant.NET software development, requirements traceability analyses, object oriented design, and database design services in support of MDAS-NG.
Visual Information Display System (VIDS): With our partner, ARINC, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides CMMI compliant C++ software development, requirements traceability analyses, and test planning and execution in support of the VIDS Program.
RNB Technologies, Inc. supports the MCCDC, C2I Division, OA Branch, for the development and analysis of a variety of operational architecture products in support of the MAGTF C2 effort through technical and analytical services. As part of this effort, we provide expert assistance with developing operational "view points" of C2 processes to support the JCIDS documents - ICDs, CDDs and CPDs. Our OV products are JTCW, COC (hardware and software), MCEITS, Network Services, ETI, support to the Army´s FCS program, DEPCON, CACCTUS, TFSMS and UAS.
RNB Technologies, Inc. is an active subcontractor in MCSC´s CEOss process, working projects with a number of the primes. Our work encompasses crafting, reviewing and coordinating the requirements with MCSC on any USMC aviation radar and C2 related system; system engineering and subject matter expertise (SME) support for an engineering assessment and analysis of the common, scalable, modular and multifunction node that fulfills the tasking requirements of the COC for all elements of the MAGTF; creating a COC ICD by conducting a concept-centric analysis of capabilities, gaps, and feasible approaches through the execution of a FAA, FNA, and FSA; an analysis of capabilities, gaps, and/or feasible approaches to resolving cited deficiencies and definition of cost and operational effectiveness issues for each approach (e.g., Course of Action (COA)); and development of the JSS (JICO (Joint Interface Control Officer) Support System).
With our partner, MANTECH, RNB Technologies, Inc. supports the continual CONDOR Gateway and CAMC2/ MBCOTM developmental efforts by providing a wide range of systems engineering, integration, project management and developmental testing services.
Counter-RCIED and Electronic Warfare Projects: RNB Technologies, Inc. provides project management, design engineering, test planning and operational analysis in support of several Counter-RCIED and Electronic Warfare Projects for both government and industry customers.
Group 10, Computing Platforms and Services Portfolio Management Support. Our tasks include satisfying the requirements for transition to NetCentric military operations and support the execution of joint critical operational activities. The Marine Corps must engineer and integrate interoperable capabilities in support of the joint functional concepts. The Marine Corps requires engineering services and support to provide NetCentric capabilities across the PG-10 Computing Platforms and Services (CP&S) portfolio of activities. The contractor will provide personnel to support Portfolio Management Support, IT Process Engineering, Systems Engineering Support, and Telecommunications Engineering Support. The contractor shall supply services to support CP&S migration and integration of technologies, standards, and capabilities to a NetCentric enterprise environment. RNB Technologies, Inc. personnel support the Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) 6 and coordinate with the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Navy for Integrated Warfare Systems, serving as the on-site liaison between PEO IWS 6 and the SIAP JPO. This lead system engineering position provides technical and programmatic assessments of the SIAP JPO product the IABM as it pertains to use in Naval platforms. This requires participation in JPO program reviews, requirements and design reviews, risk reviews, configuration control boards, engineering change proposals, and technology readiness assessments. Feedback is provided to the Navy on the efforts of the JPO and recommended courses of action for Naval platforms are proposed.
The DMZ Consolidation contract provides support for the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) role in the Marine Crops Enterprise Information Technology Systems (MCEITS). The contract also encompasses Microsoft SharePoint collaboration suite support. We provide comprehensive team support for the migration of Marine Corps Information Technology (IT) systems into the consolidated hosting facilities in Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA. This consolidation includes the preparation and operation of specific target environments for portal and relational database services so that these efficiencies and application availability can be maintained after the migration. MCSC anticipates significant demand for collaboration sites as well as the need for these services to shift from multiple independent user and group directories into a common directory services architecture. We are currently teamed with Portal Dynamics on this endeavor.

With our partner, MANTECH, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides the IAS FoS Project Office Configuration Management (CM) support for all IAS FoS software and delivers software and upgrades to Operational Forces. We also provide classified material control and tracks engineering change proposals.
As a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides support in the development of system and subsystem requirements for the Linebacker product line. The support includes the development of specific requirements statements, the follow down of requirements to subsystems, and the validation of the requirements from a CONOPS perspective.
RNB Technologies, Inc. supports the Joint Mobile Network Operations (JMNO) Program Office with data base management and analyst subject matter expertise as a Subcontractor to Scientific Research Corporation. JMNO is a Joint Test & Evaluation effort sponsored by the DOT&E Joint Program Office and led by the U. S. Marine Corps. JMNO is a “non-materiel" solution based on review of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) in order to achieve change without the necessity of new equipage. The JMNO JT&E is focused on enabling network-to-network and user cross-network support to tactical (brigade and below) elements to improve battlefield communication. JMNO will investigate, evaluate, and make recommendations that will assist the joint warfighter in overcoming network interoperability problems. Working with its customers, JMNO will develop, document, and disseminate requisite test findings, conclusions, recommendations, and test products.
As one of the twenty four teammates, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides research, development, test and evaluation expertise to the MDA. The JNIC is the MDA´s focal point for development, integration, and testing of critical components of the Nation´s BMDS umbrella. RNB Technologies, Inc. provides IT/IM services, to include portal web page development, tier 1 and tier 2 enterprise network support, LAN/WAN security and threat response. We also provides test support and analysis, engineering acumen, international COCOM BMDS wargame and exercise support for CONOPS and TTP development and validation, data link message analysis, BMDS training and education, and theater missile warning analysis.
With our partner, MANTECH, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides a wide range of systems engineering, project management and test planning and direction services in support of the Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW) and MAGTF C2 Spiral-0/1 Projects.
As a subcontractor to Professional Software Engineering, Inc., RNB Technologies, Inc. provides support to the Program through operation of Distance Learning Resource Centers located at USMC bases in California and Arizona. We do operational checks of the DL facility, provide student orientation and technical assistance to students, proctor and monitor services for exams delivered to DL students within the facility, provide for the facility´s physical security and cleanliness, and operate a centralized/integrated help desk for the students.
RNB Technologies, Inc. provides on-going engineering and technical support to the Product Group Director, Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Command and Control (C2) Weapons and Sensors Development and Integration (MC2I) Coordination team (MCT). Specific tasks include Requirements Definition, Integration and Planning; Program/Project analysis, Evaluation, Experimentation and Support; and Modeling, Simulation and Interfacing for MCCDC C2 Integration division, HQMC APC-5 (Air Traffic Control), JSSEO and MARCORSYSCOM (MCSC). RNB Technologies, Inc. provides SME support for the development of JCIDS documents, Program Studies, Analysis and Oversight. Specific support includes SIAP thread definition, common reference scenarios, Link 16 throughput, and concept roadmaps. We provide support to the War-fighter through the use and management of the JADE tool and the Analysis & Reduction for Operational Assessment (ARORA) shelter.
The RNB Technologies, Inc. team provides technical support for JADE and analytical engineering through the use of JADE, the MDA premier data collection, visualization, and interoperability analysis tool for the BMDS. As such, it is utilized to support test analysis and reporting across the BMDS for Flight tests, Ground tests, and War Games. JADE data analysis supports MDA/DTCA BMDS test analysis and reporting efforts at various sites including NCR, Huntsville, AL and the MDIOC.
RNB Technologies, Inc. personnel provide the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) BM/C2 Program Directorate with scientific, engineering, and analytical services in support of Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Efforts include program management, technology assessments (e.g. algorithms, concepts, models), test planning, execution and analysis, concept of operations assessment, site installation (hardware and software), and interfacing with Services and Programs supporting the BMDS. Personnel often travel to facilities in support of test events and site installations. Assessment results are presented to Directorate leadership to support the evolution of the BMDS.
RNB Technologies, Inc. personnel provide the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Deputy Director and Deputy of Acquisition Management (DA) executive support services. Activities include, but are not limited to daily meeting coordination, travel scheduling, weekly and monthly status reporting, action item management and tracking, capturing personnel and manpower changes, and attending meetings as necessary.
RNB Technologies, Inc. personnel provide the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)/DTC Combined Test Force with Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support, focused in the areas of test and analysis. Specific activities include establishing test objectives, baselining configurations of systems under test, identifying and adjudicating data collection requirements, post-test data analysis supporting system validation, reviewing test documentation and results, and creating analysis reports and briefs. Test events supported include System Ground Tests and System Flight Tests.
RNB Technologies, Inc. personnel provide the Department of the Navy Research, Development, & Acquisition (RDA) with senior advisement and analysis support to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (DASN) or Acquisition Management (ACQ). Personnel conduct independent expert program reviews (IEPRs) for senior executive level assessments for programs such as the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV). These IEPRs provide assistance to Navy programs and provide recommendations on issues that impact program performance and potentially jeopardize program success, and also identify recurring systemic issues that impact performance across the ASN/RDA program base to support Navy wide acquisition portfolio improvements.
RNB Technologies, Inc. personnel provide program management, systems engineering, and software development support to the Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) Joint Program Office (JPO), supporting its Engineering and Development and Test and Analysis Divisions. The JPO is chartered with implementing a disciplined engineering process to identify and recommend the most effective means to achieve a SIAP capability that satisfies warfighter needs. This product of the JPO is the Integrated Architecture Behavior Model (IABM), a digital specification developed in executable UML following the tenets of Model Driven Architecture (MDA). The IABM provides platform independent logic for Joint Battle Management Command and Control (JBMC2) warfighting capabilities requiring common and consistent implementation in Command and Control, sensor, and weapons systems. Using MDA, the IABM can be directly translated into a computer program for a specific combat system.
Tactical Data Network (TDN)/ Digital Technical Control (DTC): With our partner, MANTECH, RNB Technologies, Inc. supports System Requirements Management and System Test (STD) via documentation support. We provide functional verification testing and management of systems requirements through the development of test and evaluation plans and procedures. RNB also supports the design implementation and systems integration efforts for TDN.
As a sub-contractor to SAIC, RNB Technologies, Inc. provides a full range of support for all Fleet Forces Command Fleet Training and Support (FFC) funded live, virtual and constructive exercises and events, to include requirement collection, scenario development, support, execution, analysis, and assessment, including After Action Reports, Lessons Learned, and exercise reconstruction. These include live at-sea and training-range exercises/events, all synthetic, simulation-driven and constructive events and exercises, including support for Joint Task Force, Functional Component Commander, coalition, Joint and intergovernmental agency exercises conducted by Numbered Fleet Commanders, Joint Task Force Commanders, Commander Strike Force Training Atlantic (CSFTL) or other scheduling/coordinating activities, such as Tactical Training Group Atlantic (TTGL), Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic (EWTGL) and Afloat Training Group Atlantic (ATGL). Teammates include SAIC, L-3 Titan Group, DDL Omni Engineering, and Alion Science and Technology.
