Health Insurance
Our health care provider is Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Anthem offers two plans, KeyCare 20 (PPO) and Healthkeepers 20 (HMO). The Healthkeepers 20 plan is only available to Virginia residents. Both plans provide coverage for all eligible employees and their dependents. RNB pays 100% of the premiums. The program provides routine wellness visits, doctor visits, outpatient services, care at home, and other needed services with associated co-pays responsible by the employee.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Through Anthem, RNB offers an Employee Assistance Program that is available to the employees and their dependants. This program is a 24 hour, seven day a week, service to provide confidential help for a variety of problems to include marital/relationship or family problems, financial concerns, depression and anxiety, and many other areas of personal concern.
Vision Insurance
Our vision provider is Spectera Morgan White Group. This plan provides coverage for all eligible employees and their dependents. RNB pays 100% of the premiums. Our vision insurance has in-network and out-of-network benefits so employees may select an eye care provider of their choice.
Dental Insurance
Our dental provider is Principal Financial Group. This plan provides coverage for all eligible employees and their dependents. RNB pays 100% of the premiums. Our dental insurance provides coverage for preventive, basic and major procedures as defined in the plan with a maximum benefit of $1,500 per calendar year.
Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability
Our short term disability (STD) and long term disability (LTD) provider is Principal Financial Group. This plan provides coverage for all eligible employees. RNB pays 50% of the premiums and the employee is responsible for the additional 50% of the premiums. The monthly premium is based on the employee's age and salary.
Group Life Insurance
Our group life provider is Principal Financial Group. This plan provides coverage for all eligible employees. RNB pays 100% of the premiums. The coverage is two times the employee's annual salary with the maximum amount of $100,000 until age 65. Coverage is reduced after age 65.
401(k) Savings Plan
Our 401 (k) provider is Region Morgan Keegan Trust. For the 2008 Plan Year, RNB will make 401 (k) Safe Harbor Matching Contribution to eligible participant accounts. This contribution will be 100% vested when made and is subject to the withdrawal provision available under the plan. Only participants who make elective deferrals that do not exceed 3.0% of the participant's compensation, plus 50% of the participant's elective deferrals that exceed 3.0% but do not exceed 5.0% of the participant's compensation.
Transportation Fringe Benefit Plan
Our Transportation Fringe Benefit provider is Infinisource. This plan allows eligible employees to set aside otherwise taxable compensation on a pre-tax basis for reimbursement of eligible transportation expenses.
Holidays
RNB provides ten paid eight hour holidays per calendar year. Nine of those holidays are company assigned dates that RNB observes and the remaining date is a floating holiday to be used at the employee's discretion throughout the calendar year.
Personal Leave
RNB employees accrue leave based on their offer agreement. Accrued leave can be used at the employee's discretion for vacation leave, sick leave, family and medical leave, or other personal reasons. RNB Technologies, Inc. also offers military, bereavement, jury duty, and other leave as defined by company policy.
