Architecture and Engineering Service Owner to support the IT Services organization on the JRDC contract at Schriever AFB. Architecture and Engineering Owner is responsible for all facets of Service Delivery and Service Commitments under the Architecture and Engineering tasking. The organization is responsible for architecture, design, implementation, and sustainment engineering of the Enterprise Network. Through the life of the service, the Service Owner is responsible for reporting to the SLM service level metrics required to measure the effectiveness of the provided services from the customer perspective on an on-going basis. The Service Owner is responsible for developing and maintaining the CONOPS and supporting processes. The Service Owner will coordinate with the Government Process Owner in defining organization priorities; coordinate with the Customer Account Management organization in defining requirements, contract scope and respond to customer requests. The Service Owner must be fully familiar with the IT Services Organization and the IT Services Management model of service delivery as a process-based practice intended to align the delivery of information technology (IT) services with needs of the enterprise, emphasizing benefits to customers. Service Owner will be responsible for Earned Value Cost Account Management for their assigned task. The Service Owner must be experienced in leading organizational change. The Service Owner must understand change management lifecycle and will work closely with the change management crew lead to ensure deliverables meet stated criteria.
Education:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology field with 20 years experience and 5 years supervisory experience.
